Reporting to the Area Business Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring contractual compliance and delivery of services to prescribed standards in order to ensure clients\' needs and commissioner\'s requirements are fully met. You will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of service within a defined area of operation and for ensuring clients receive a high quality service. This role contains a significant element of service development and involves contract negotiation and management; as such it is essential that you are able to command the confidence of clients, staff and key stakeholders.


A proven leader, you will have a strong commercial focus with experience of managing and developing budgets and analysing financial information. You should be experienced in the successful delivery of housing support or care related programmes and possess a sound knowledge of the needs of specific client groups.


You will have a proven ability to think laterally in-order to implement solutions and develop new business opportunities. In return you will gain a rewarding opportunity to ensure the services are proactively managed to ensure their continued success.


This vacancy will be based in the London area covering services across Surrey, North London, West London, Richmond and East Berkshire.


Successful candidates will be required to undergo enhanced CRB clearance.
