THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION
Required to work as part of a roster pattern, 21 hours per week, 3 days out of 7.
Job Purpose
To ensure that the Norwegian version of the company website is consistently and effectively promoting the company products and services to the target markets and to manage queries from our customers.
Main / Specific Responsibilities
Ensuring the Norwegian version of the company’s website is up-to date so that it has accurate and relevant content.
To respond to all customer service queries, via email or telephone, within SLA terms to ensure customer retention.
To prioritise locally significant events to promote company products and services to customers.
Review our Online products against those of our competitors, ensuring the company responsive to the needs of the relevant market
To complete ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Customer service experience
Basic understanding of computer packages, including Windows operating systems
To demonstrate good interpersonal skills to enable effective working relationships.
