It’s a busy and responsible role within a target driven environment. But, with some fantastic training, starting with a comprehensive induction, you’ll soon be making a big contribution to hitting your branch sales objectives. A contribution which will be rewarded with a generous uncapped bonus scheme.

As for experience, you’ll need a background in customer service, which should go hand-in-hand with lots of initiative and good organisational and communication skills. But just as importantly, you’re a good listener able to interpret needs and share in our firm belief in treating customers fairly.
