Job Description
Our client is a leading organisation within the motor industry and one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of automotive aftermarket products. They are seeking a Branch Manager who can run the daily operations, driving sales and customer growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing staff at their Bow branch and you need to be able to demonstrate professional managerial skills with a friendly and approachable attitude at all times. You will monitor staff working schedules as well as individual performance and customer service levels.
This is a great role for an organised Manager with extensive experience in management as you will be running the branch and managing a team. Our client also requires someone with a good sales orientated background, as you need the ability to drive sales forward in a competitive market place.
You’ll assist with all daily operations, profit & loss, staff management and development. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of consistently producing results in a sales and customer focused environment are essential. You need to be driven by results and demonstrate a strong track record of success using your well developed management and people skills.
An automotive management background where you have organised and supervised a team is essential. You’ll receive a superb package including 27K – 30K basic and the benefit of a company car, fuel and a mobile. This is an exciting new opportunity not to be missed!
