Financial Analyst - Fundraising and External Affairs

With an annual income of around £100m, they are an ambitious and dynamic charitable organisation with a clear vision, and currently require a Senior Finance Analyst to work with the Fundraising and External Affairs teams to support them realise this vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the financial analysis, reporting and planning process for the fundraising and External Affairs functions, which includes Scope`s Disability Now magazine, the Policy and Campaigns and Communications and Marketing departments.
To critically evaluate and support strategic projects and developments within these functions.
The management and development of a Financial Analyst.
To continually develop financial systems and analysis tools.
To provide advice, guidance and training to budget holders on financial issues and systems.
Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as required by the relevant departments.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
Experienced in a commercial management accounting role.
Advanced Excel skills with experience of developing financial models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance individuals.
A self starter who can develop strong working relationships to collaborate effectively with customers.
